We collect personal data about you when you make an application through Teamtailor or otherwise, or add personal data to your Teamtailor profile, either personally or by using a
third-party source such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
We also collect your personal data when you use Teamtailor to connect with our staff, adding
personal data about yourself either personally or by using a third-party source
such as Facebook or LinkedIn, or when you provide personal data to use while
using the chat and such data is of relevance to the application procedure.
We collect data from third parties, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and through other public sources. This is referred to as “Sourcing” and be manually performed by our employees or
automatically in Teamtailor.
In some cases, existing employees can make recommendations about potential applicants. Such employees will add personal data about you. In the cases where this is made,

Which types of personal data do you collect?

Personal data that is processed with the purpose of aggregated analysis or market research is always made unidentifiable. Such personal data cannot be used to identify you. Thus,
such data is not considered personal data.

You agree that we process your personal data to handle our recruiting. You agree when we collect your personal data when you make an application through Teamtailor, adding personal data about yourself either personally or by using a third-party source as
Facebook or LinkedIn, and that we may use external sourcing-tools to add
additional information; and when you use Teamtailor to connect to our
recruitment department, adding personal data about yourself either personally
or by using a third-party source such as Facebook or LinkedIn. You also agree
that we collect publicly available information about you and compiles it for
use in recruitment purposes.

specific job or otherwise use Teamtailor.
What about the storage and transfer of my personal data?
The personal data we collect through Teamtailor is stored and processed inside the EU/EEA, or such third country that is considered by the European Commission to have an adequate
level of protection, or processed by such suppliers that have entered into such
binding agreements that fully complies with the lawfulness of third country
transfers (as Privacy Shield) or to other supplies where the adequate
safeguards are in order to protect the rights of the data subjects whose data

How long do you store my personal data?

Which rights do I have with regards to my personal data?
You have the right to request information about the personal data that is processed by us, by
notifying in writing, us using the contact details below. You also have the
right to one copy of the processed personal data which belong to you without
any charge. For further demanded copies, we have the right to charge a
reasonable fee based on the administrative costs for such demand.
You have the right to, if necessary, rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you, demand deletion or restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing
based on legitimate interest under certain circumstances via a written request,
